Innovent Luchttechniek is a company specialised in the design, supply and installation of ventilation and air handling systems. Innovation, quality and flexibility are top priorities.
Launch of the first B2B webshop
The Econox webshop goes live, marking an important step in the digitalisation of the organisation.
Webshop Ventilatieland.nl
Launch of the first webshop for private customers. What started as a creative solution in a time of crisis grew into Ventilatieland – the online store for all ventilation products.
Ventilatieland.be & Lüftungsland
Launch of the webshops Ventilatieland.be and Lüftungsland, rolling out the e-commerce formula further internationally.
Move to Park Forum 1047
To sustain the growth of Econox, larger premises were needed. They were found at a brand-new location on Park Forum in Eindhoven.

From now on also active in the United Kingdom with the webshop ventilationland.co.uk. A next step in the international expansion into the British market.
Nordian Capital Partners
After a period of impressive growth, Nordian Capital Partners acquires a majority stake in Econox Group to continue realising its strong growth ambitions together with management.
Opening of Econox Belgium
Econox continues to grow steadily. To serve our Belgian customers even better, among other things, Econox opens a new branch in Zele.
Steboma Group acquires Innovent
23 years after its founding, Innovent Luchttechniek is acquired by Steboma Group. This allows Econox to focus more intensively on its growth ambitions, while Innovent gets more room to grow further within its field.
Acquisition of MaxiCool
In 2024, MaxiCool became part of Econox Group. With this acquisition, Econox strengthened its market position in air conditioning and heat pumps, once again taking an important step in its further European growth.
